Best of all, snuggle up on the massive 8-seater lounge suite and a log fire in winter. Also, dozens of DVDs and board games to keep you entertained.
Secure undercover entertaining
The yard is secure with a lockable gate and high fencing., suitable for well behaved dogs, and little ones to play. Perfectly private landscaping, along with a large covered entertaining space. A large oak table with seating for 8. Large BBQ for outdoor cooking too. There is also an outdoor heated shower for rinsing sand off when returning from the beach.
Second living zone: ideally suited for multiple families or Carers.
A separate, cosy living area has another TV, heaps of books, games and DVDs. All to ensure you have a few minutes of peace! (For your little ones, a porta-cot, high chair, and potty are also provided).

The house has 3 bedrooms with the highest quality beds, ensuring a peaceful nights sleep. Choose from 4 types of pillows for ultimate comfort. The main has a split king hi lo electric bed. The 2nd bedroom with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunks. The holiday house sleeps a total of 8 people in comfort & style.

Park your car when you arrive and stroll everywhere. The property is architect designed, finished and furnished, to a high standard by an Interior Designer.

An ideal blend of gentle tidal river beaches (perfect for kids to paddle and play) as well as surf beaches, for catching waves, long walks & paddle boarding, and wineries, wineries & wineries! Barwon Heads is a gorgeous location, you may recognise the bridge and beach from the TV series SeaChange. Notably, the Bellarine is a mecca for farm-to-table goodness. Location
Park your car when you arrive, and stroll everywhere! A few minutes walk to the beach and shops. Centrally located in Barwon Heads, use it as a base to tour the Bellarine. Just 15-20 minutes drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, St. Leonards, Portarlington olive groves and countless wineries, or just a one-hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Barwon Heads is packed with high-quality dining, and amazing homewares and fashion boutiques. The tidal river estuary is perfect for young children to paddle and build sandcastles. Explore by bike or walk the river footpaths that go for miles. (Check our blogs for great maps) - Cadel Evans lives in the area, along with many locals who love bike riding. Plenty of great fishing spots just two blocks from the property.
